Buying cabinets can be either a great experience or a total disaster,
depending upon where you make your purchase. We have
over 25 years experience selling cabinets and 7 out of those years we have sold cabinets long distance via the Internet. During our years of selling on the Internet we have never had a kitchen
not fit. We process your order thoroughly to avoid mistakes.
We have a very unique system of professional job checks
to make the possibility of error extremely low. Still, no one is perfect.
If we make an error, we will fix it.

We do deliver directly to most homes* at no extra charge, but you must provide at least two strong able persons to bring the cabinets into your home. There must also be a un-obstructed route to your home for our large tractor trailer truck. No low overheads, low bridges, one way streets,
weight limits, no dirt or freshly paved roads, no road restrictions, no ferry transport, and ample legal parking is a must.

* We can only deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. There are some areas within that region that we can not deliver to or there maybe an added delivery fee ( Approx. $20 per cabinet ). We can not make deliveries to islands via ferry or boat transport. We do not deliver outside the USA.

Purchasing Steps

First you need a defined room space to work with. This space should
be drawn on paper with all the important dimensions so that plans can be developed. If you have never done this before and want free information on

You may also hire us for our National Award Winning Design services. You can find design service information and answers to frequently asked questions on Kitchenplace.com. Whether you hire us for design or create your own plan, you will need to start with a dimensioned room plan.

While you are developing a detailed plan that will work for you, you also need to select a door style, a wood species, and a finish. This detailed plan you are creating should show how many doors/drawers each cabinet has, cabinet size, cabinet configuration, appliance locations, etc. Often people use abbreviated cabinet codes to describe a cabinet. You may find our cabinet catalog on CD ROM very helpful if you want to plan your own space. Once you have a detailed plan and have made all your selections, you may seek pricing. Please visit this web page to request an estimate.

When you receive our pricing and you are ready to order, we will get your cabinet order ready. We create a nice sales package for you to approve ( this requires a non-refundable deposit ). You will work with an experienced designer. The designer will take your design ideas and put them into our state of the art Computer Aided Design ( CAD ) system to develop glossy 3-D images and an accurate floor plan so that your cabinets can be ordered. The designer also gathers any documents and samples that might be required to detail your purchase. This information is sent to you via overnight Fed. Ex. for your approval. You review the package and send it back, using our pre-paid Fed. Ex. label, with payment to complete your order.

Within 48 hours after receiving your returned package, your cabinet order is processed. Shortly after that you will receive an estimated delivery week and soon** you will have the cabinets you ordered.
